Cyprus Airways Public Ltd (the “Company”) further to its announcement on 12 March 2012, informs investors that the Company’s Board of Directors, approved at its yesterday’s meeting, the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the Company and GECAS ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC (“GECAS”) for the sale to GECAS of the Company’s two (2) A319 aircraft.
