Web Check-In
1. Who can use Web Check-in?

Web Check-in is currently available to customers who are:

  • Ticketed on a confirmed reservation
  • Traveling from airports where web check-in is available
2. Who cannot use Web Check-in?

Web Check-in is currently not available to customers who are:

  • Traveling as unaccompanied minors
  • Traveling in a party that is larger than 9 passengers
  • In need of special assistance
3. When can I use Web Check-in?

You can check-in online as early as 23 hours prior to departure and up to 3 hours prior to their scheduled departure time.

4. Can I use Web Check-in for all international flights?

Yes. You can check-in online for international flights operated by Cyprus Airways. If you're traveling internationally on a code share or partner airline, check in at the ticket counter.

5. When should I check in for international flights?

We recommend that you check in for international travel at least 3 hours prior to departure. You can check in online beginning 23 hours and up to 3 hours prior to departure.

6. Can I use Web Check-in if I booked my ticket from a travel agency or online agency?

Yes, as long as your reservation is electronically ticketed, you are traveling from Larnaca, Paphos, Athens, Salonica, Heraklion, Rhodes, London Heathrow and  St Petersburg airports, and you have your Cyprus Airways confirmation number in your reservation.

7. Can groups use Web Check-in?

Parties over 9 passengers may use Web Check-in, from specific deparure points.

9.Can I use Web Check-in if a change has been made to my original reservation and the e-ticket was not updated?

No, you will have then to contact the following numbers to check this:

>Moscow: +7 495 9358555 (Normal Business hours)

10. What if the name on my passport doesn't exactly match the name on my reservation?

The name on your reservation must match the name on your passport exactly. If there is a discrepancy, go to the airport ticket counter with your passport to update your reservation.

11. Can I check my bags if I use Web Check-in?

Yes. If you are checking bags take them to the counter with the label “Web Check-in” at the airport. If there is no “ Web Check-in counter”, you must go to Cyprus Airways’ check-in counter.

12. What do I do after I check in?

If you are not checking-in bags, proceed directly to the security checkpoint and then to your departure gate. You do not need to check-in at the ticket counter when you arrive.

If you are checking-in bags take them to the counter with the label “Quick drop counter” at  the airport and then head to your gate.

13. Can I change my seat assignment using Web Check-in?

Yes, provided this is done before the boarding pass is printed. We display all available seats rows and numbers for your flight. However, once you print out your boarding pass with assigned seat, you are not allowed to change your seat again.

14. What should I do if I lose my printed boarding pass?

You can enter your details again by accessing the Web Check-in module via cyprusair.com

15. What should I do if my boarding pass does not print correctly?

Make sure that you have tried to use your browser's print feature to print the boarding pass, just like you would print any other Internet page. A print problem may relate to your web browser, network, or printer and not to the Web Check-in product.

If you are unable to successfully print your boarding pass, please correct the problem with your printer and reprint the boarding pass.

16. What do I do if I am not able to arrive in time for my flight’s check in deadline ?
