Cyprus Airways, the national carrier of Cyprus, was founded in September 1947 and has since played a significant role in the growth of the economy of the island.

Cyprus Airways forms the backbone of the island’s air transport network through the operation of scheduled services to over 18 destinations in Europe and the Middle East by performing around seven thousand flights and carrying around 1.3 million revenue passengers annually.

Cyprus Airways current fleet consists of seven A320 and two A319 Airbuses. Cyprus Airways uses as its livery the moufflon, a type of wild sheep indigenous to Cyprus.

Our destinations are: Amsterdam, Athens, Frankfurt, Heraklion, London, Moscow, Munich, Paris, Rhodes, Rome, Sofia, St. Petersburg, Thessaloniki, Vienna, Zurich, Beirut, Doha and Tel Aviv.

Members traveling on its flights and aircraft, accumulate points, which can be redeemed for tickets in the Apollo Business Class or in the Aphrodite Economy Class and for upgrading from Economy to Business Class.

Other than the transportation of passengers and cargo, Cyprus Airways also provides other airlines related services such as catering and engineering services. Also full online services are offered allowing customers to view the airline schedules, make online reservations, web check-in and much more.
