1. What can Cyprus Airways Internet Booking Engine (IBE) do?

The Cyprus Airways Internet Booking Engine (IBE) allows you to check flight availability and fares, make a reservation and pay online for the selected flight(s).

2. When can I make an online reservation?

You can make an online reservation on cyprusairways.com any time that is convenient for you, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

3. How can I make an online reservation?

You can make an online reservation from the cyprusairways.com home page:

  • By using the fast online reservation screen at the first page , or
  • By clicking on "Flights" at the top navigation bar.
4. Can I make an online reservation for any destination worldwide?

You can book destinations on the Cyprus Airways network only.

6. Can I book other airlines except Cyprus Airways?

Currently you can only book with Cyprus Airways

7. Can I book all types of tickets?

You can book most types of tickets on the Cyprus Airways web site, except senior citizens, group and certain special fares. For further information on these fares, please contact Cyprus Airways Reservations

9. How far in advance can I make an online reservation?

You can book a flight up to 330 days in advance.

10. How many passengers are allowed per reservation?

You can book up to 6 passengers in one reservation. To book additional passengers, just repeat the booking process to create a separate reservation.

11. How can I change or cancel my reservation?

In order to change or cancel your reservation, please call Cyprus Airways Reservations.Please note that changes in travel dates are subject to the relevant fare rules/conditions

12. How will I be sure that my online reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation in the last stage of your reservation including a reservation code that has been created in our computer reservation system. You will also receive an e-mail confirming your reservation.

In case that you have not received an e-mail confirmation, you can call +357 22 365700 and ask the agent to retrieve your booking.

13. Can I view flight and fare availability without making a reservation?

The Cyprus Airways Internet Booking Engine (IBE) allows you to check flight availability and fares without having to make a reservation.

14. Can I make a reservation for an infant?

Yes.Infants without a seat can be booked online.

15. Do I need to register to make an online reservation?

No, you do not need to register to complete your booking, however if you wish you may create a web profile so that you do not need to enter the same information every time you make an online booking

16. Why do I need to register in order to complete an online reservation?

By registering at the web site you create your own Username and PIN which you may use to retrieve your personal information and preferences, thus avoiding the inconvenience of typing the same information every time you make an online reservation.

17. Do I have to register every time I make an online reservation?

No. You only have to register once and as a registered user you may use your Username and PIN to complete your online reservations.

18. What is my personal information used for?

Personal information in our web site is collected for the following reasons:

  • In order to be able to process your online reservation, contact you if necessary and to identify you when your ticket is delivered.
  • To be able to assess your eligibility to a number of fares or special discounts.
  • To be able develop and recommend products and services based on an understanding of your interests and needs.
  • To be able to provide you with customised services and targeted offers according to your preferences
19. How can I order a special meal?

Passengers who book their flights on our web site can choose from our selection of Special Meals from the dropdown list displayed during the reservation process.

20. How can I request special assistance?

Special assistance may be requested during the online reservation process. Alternatively, you may call the Cyprus Airways Reservations, for further assistance.

21. Can I obtain a seat assignment online?

Yes, if you are traveling business class.

22. Can I waitlist a flight online?

We are currently unable to handle waitlist bookings online. However, you can contact Cyprus Airways Reservations and we will be glad to assist.

23. Can I make hotel booking online?

Yes. Please click on "hotels" at the top navigation bar to book your hotel online.

24. How can I receive my tickets?

As you have purchased an e-ticket, your virtual ticket is in our system and you do not have to pick it up
