With the new improved arrangements which were laid into effect, our passengers can now travel more frequently, exchanging points to travel in an upgrade Class.
According to the new process, our passengers can now exchange points in two extra prearranged classes in Business (D class) and Economy (S class), additionally to those already applied. This gives the opportunity to Sunmiles card holders to travel more and pay less. Certainly, those who wish to use their points to travel in Business Class enjoy the privilege to do so.
All the reservations should be done directly through Cyprus Airways’ Call Center (8000-0008) and not via travel agent. It is clarified that all taxes, as well as the service fee must be paid by each traveler, while all other regulations remain.
