A new service has been launched concerning the automation of new subscriptions or renewals of existing memberships in our Sunjet Executive Club programme.In a simple and easy process, our customers can now choose the type of card(Silver,Gold,Corporate Gold) and pay online with their credit card for automatic renewal or new registration in the programme.
Cyprus Airways has launched a new software, the Customer Relationship Information System for the Loyalty schemes Sunmiles & Sunjet, which will enhance customer relations, facilitate and improve all transactions between Sunmiles members and Cyprus Airways. Furthermore, through this new system Sunmiles & Sunjet members will enjoy an upgraded and faster service.
We would also like to inform our Sunjet members that their Sunmiles & Sunjet number from now on will be the same. The existing five digits Sunjet number will be replaced by customers’ nine digits Sunmiles number.
In view of the introduction of the new system, statements of Account from 1st July 2009 onwards, will reflect the total points available as of 20th June 2009 as Opening Balance

With the new improved arrangements which were laid into effect, our passengers can now travel more frequently, exchanging points to travel in an upgrade Class.
According to the new process, our passengers can now exchange points in two extra prearranged classes in Business (D class) and Economy (S class), additionally to those already applied. This gives the opportunity to Sunmiles card holders to travel more and pay less. Certainly, those who wish to use their points to travel in Business Class enjoy the privilege to do so.
All the reservations should be done directly through Cyprus Airways’ Call Center (8000-0008) and not via travel agent. It is clarified that all taxes, as well as the service fee must be paid by each traveler, while all other regulations remain.
