General

• Reservations for flight awarded travel can only be made through Cyprus Airways. Taxes, fees, charges and surcharges must be paid always upon issuance of a flight awarded ticket. In case t the member chooses to redeem points for the service fee, a deduction of 2.500 points for EUR17 or 5000 points for EUR34 will be made.
• Points for flight awarded tickets are redeemed upon the completion of the reservation. Points will not be re-deposited.
• Flight awarded tickets must be issued within the specified time limit given by Cyprus Airways.
• Any changes to reservations of flight awarded ticket will be subject to a penalty charge of EUR34 or a deduction of 5000 points.
• The number of seats available for flight awarded tickets is limited therefore members are advised to reserve seats as early as possible.

EXAMPLE: If you currently have 17500 points ,you can ask for a return ticket to  Athens which is 18000 points,500 of these points will be redeemed from your next trip or from your purchases with Sunmiles Amex.

Students

• Eligible members are full time students between the ages of 12-28.
• Students may request flight awarded tickets with half redemption ONLY for the country where they study and ONLY when student fare tickets are purchased.
• When other tickets are purchased, normal redemption applies, even if purchased by a student.
