• Enter your PNR code/booking reference, last name and e-mail address to retrieve your booking.

• Select the flight you would like to be upgraded.

• Pay a small Sign-up price (EUR 3) and a nominal additional Upgrade price** (in this way enjoying considerable savings compared to Business Class fares!).

• You will receive an e-mail prior to your departure notifying you if your upgrade wass successful. If it is not possible to upgrade you for your flight, the Upgrade price is fully and automatically refunded to you within five business days after flight departure.

Empty Seat Option (ESo)

Get your 'virtual private zone' via Optiontown's Empty Seat option (ESo). Cyprus Airways in collaboration with Optiontown, is introducing this new popular offer for travellers to get a chance to secure empty seats next to their seat at a nominal price, elevating your travel comfort and experience.

• If you are traveling alone, you may choose 2 additional seats in a row.

• If you are traveling in a group of 2, you may choose to get the 1 additional empty seat in the same row.

Using ESo is very simple. You simply need to sign-up for ESo using the following steps:

• Visit www.Optiontown.com  and select Empty Seat option (ESo). Provide your Booking Reference, Last Name and Email to retrieve your booking.

• Select the flights where you want Empty Seat(s).

• Pay a small Sign-up price (EUR 2) and a nominal Empty Seat Price (fully refunded if empty seat(s) are not assigned) to complete your ESo Sign-up.

• You will receive an e-mail prior to your departure notifying you if Optiontown assigns you empty seats, you will enjoy more relaxed comfortable travel, or else if you are not assigned empty seats, the empty seat price for that flight will be automatically refunded to you within five business days after flight departure.

If ESo is successful, you will get to enjoy the complete row of 3 seats to yourself enabling you to relax in privacy and enjoy more of the Cyprus Airways inflight experience. You have exclusive rights to use the assigned empty seat(s) for the entire duration of the flight. It's almost like a flat bed luxury in the Economy Cabin!

Only a limited number of options are offered for each particular flight based on availability of rows of empty seats and other factors, and hence an ESo Sign-up does not guarantee an empty seat.

Lounge Access Option is an innovative product that allows you to experience the luxury of Executive Lounges at a lower price than regular price. So, you can now relax, enjoy a peaceful and professional environment where to catch up with your business work, or enjoy a refreshing cocktail away from the airport hustle just before you take off for your flight. • You will receive an e-mail prior to your departure notifying you if your lounge access is successful. If it is not possible to offer you the lounge access, the Lounge Access Price will be automatically refunded to you within five business days after departure.

Extra Baggage Option is another new creative product offering from Cyprus Airways to enable you to make your journey more enjoyable and stress-free especially when you need to have luggage exceeding the standard baggage allowance for your journey. Cyprus Airways is now offering this product at a much lower price compared to regular prices. So you can now plan your travel with less worries taking along all the materials you need for your meetings or your family’s personal needs for your vacation. • Pay a small Sign-up price (EUR 1) and the Xtra Baggage Option Price.
• You will receive an e-mail prior to your departure notifying you if your XBo is successful. If it is not possible to offer you the extra baggage option, the Xtra Baggage Price will be automatically refunded to you  within five business days after departure.
